How do I sign up for Shira Pro?
If you don't yet have a Shira space, you can sign up for Shira Pro from this page.
If you already have a Shira space, sign into your Space and navigate to Settings > Subscription > Upgrade.
How do I update my payment method?
To update your payment method, navigate to Settings > Subscription > Manage plan.
What happens when I downgrade from Shira Pro to the Starter plan?
Downgrading from Shira Pro to the Starter plan means losing some key features:
- You lose the ability to create private quizzes. If you already have private quizzes, you will lose access to those quizzes, including the quiz questions and the Results from learners who took the quiz.
- You lose the ability to manage Registered Learners. This means you will no longer be able to invite, edit, or remove learners from your Space.
- You Space gets a limit of three public quizzes. This means that at the time of downgrading, if there are more than three public quizzes in your Space, only the three most recently created will remain available. You will lose access to all other public quizzes, including the quiz questions and the Results from learners who took the quiz.
