Terms and conditions

1. Ownership and License​

By uploading or submitting templates (“Content”) to the Shira template library, you retain ownership of your Content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and promote it. You also authorize us to make your Content available to other users, who may access, copy, use, modify, and adapt it for their own phishing-awareness training and related lawful purposes, subject to these terms and any license notice displayed with the Content.

2. Your Responsibilities​

You represent that:

  • You own your Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
  • Your Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
  • Your Content does not contain malware, malicious code, unauthorized tracking, or links intended to steal information or cause harm.
  • Any simulated phishing examples, links, or messages are used only for legitimate security-awareness training.
  • You are responsible for your Content and its accuracy.

3. Prohibited Content​

You must not submit Content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful.

4. Moderation and Removal​

We may review, edit, restrict, remove, or refuse to publish Content at any time, including where we reasonably believe it violates these terms or creates legal, security, or operational risk.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service or repeatedly violate these terms.

5. Disclaimers​

We do not guarantee that user-submitted quizzes are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The service and user-submitted Content are provided “as is.”

6. Content Removal and Retention​

You may request removal of your Content. We may retain copies where reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup, or operational purposes.
